Two very similar designs in terms of form. Is it an act of copycat? or two designers had the same chain of thoughts? You decide.

For FIFA FAIR PLAY logo, one can see a soccer player and the soccer ball, also containing the letter "F" and "P" representing FAIR PLAY. For 75th Anniversary logo, no doubt is a dancer shape containing the number "75". Both logo works in it's own way. Well done!
